Why do we get so nervous sometimes speaking in a different language- especially during a meeting for instance. How are we so afraid that our brain actually believes we're in danger? I mean, try it right now, think of something that makes you nervous, feel your heart beat speeding up? Why does that happen, here are some clues

Did you know that the word RUN has 640 different meanings in English? I kid you not.

Think about it, do you run every morning with a runny nose ?

Coaching

Getting coached for learning a language is like getting coached for  anything else, the first step is to set an intention, better yet, set a goal.

Set  goals for your language learning.  Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and time bound goals. Why? to know where you're headed, to measure your progress, to put some order in your learning process and so much more. Don't take my word for it ;-)

Pourquoi avons nous tellement peur lorsqu'on doit parler dans une autre langue?  notamment lors d'une réunion par exemple ? Essayez maintenant, pensez à quelque chose qui vous fait vraiment peur…vous  sentez vos battements de cœur s'accélérer ? Comment ça se fait? Voici quelques indices.

Saviez-vous que le mot RUN a 640 significations différentes en anglais ? Véridique.
Par exemple, si on court (run) le matin et qu'il fait froid, on a le nez qui coule (run).

Coaching


Se faire coacher pour apprendre une langue, c'est comme se faire coacher pour n'importe quoi d'autre, la première étape est de définir un objectif. Définir des objectifs précis, mesurables, atteignables,  réalistes et limités dans le temps. Pourquoi ? pour savoir où vous allez, pour mesurer vos progrès, pour mettre de l'ordre dans votre processus d'apprentissage, et beaucoup d'autres choses . Dubitatifs?
