Links and Ressources about Autumn (Fall)

There are many factors that affect your mood the weather is an external force that we simply can't control so try your best not to let it affect your state of mind

A new study suggests that changes in the seasons can cause changes in our brain size. researchers compared over 3 000 mri scans and found small but distinct effects.

The cerebellum increases in volume in the summer but decreases in the winter and then when the weather is nicer it's opposite.

What happens in these seasonally breeding birds is that at different times of the year they engage in very different behaviors, and what’s remarkable is that their brain changes in correlation with these changes in behavior.

Many of these changes in the brain are mediated by the action of steroid hormones.
