Links and Ressources - the C Teeny Tiny Habits

"A little goes a long way"

What you need to know is that your brain learns in small bites (see the video below to learn more about this) and having small tiny habits is a way of eating that big cake in small bites.

Mini habits are also an amazing tool for me to use in coaching : working together with my coachee to figure out which mini habits you can easily fit in your crazy busy life. Once you have those in place, they don't go away after your coaching is over. You can keep learning and progressing seamlessly.

Ask yourself for example : what could I do every day, that would take just a couple of minutes and teach me new words ?
